All intellectual property rights in the materials in or on The Site including, but not limited to, designs, data entries, text, images, trade marks or trade names, graphics, site layout and 'aesthetics i.e general concept', and any underlying databases remain the property of Employee Directory Limited and or its licensors, unless otherwise stated .

We reserve the right to remove any entry or part entry which We deem inappropriate, should this be necessary no part or full refund will be made.

The Site acts as an introductory service only, we cannot guarantee that the Subscriber will be sucessful in securing a position via The Site.

Should a candidate be considered for employment we strongly suggest that reference checks are carried out by the Employer, We cannot be held liable for any costs involved should the Subscriber prove to be unsuitable once employed.

We rely on the information being provided by the subscriber as being true and complete and contact by potential employers to be genuine, Employee Directory Ltd have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the resumes posted or authenticity of potential employers. You assume all risks of dealing with users whom you come in to contact with on The Site.

Subscription charges are monthly and will be debited from your account on the date of subscription each month thereafter. Your details will remain on site and monthly subscription debited until such time as You unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time, however, payments are for a full month and no part refunds will be made.

Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and personal username and password. You will be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to notify Employee Directory Ltd of any authorized use of your registration personal username or password.
